Returns Or Exchanges

We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out. We've been there and completely understand!

For our local customers... everyday full price items can be returned/exchanged within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. A receipt or record of purchase on your loyalty account is necessary. A return cannot be verified over the phone. Custom orders, food and sale items cannot be returned. Seasonal and holiday items are typically not returnable but will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We cannot accept the return of holiday merchandise after that specific holiday has passed. 

For our online customers... please contact us via phone or email to discuss a return. You will be responsible for shipping costs if you need to make a return.
