We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out or meet your expectations. We've been there and completely understand.
NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Returns or exchanges are welcome within 30 days if the product is in sellable condition and in original packaging (if applicable). Food items are not returnable.
HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE: Discounted holiday merchandise is final sale. No adjustments offered on prior purchases.
If you are not local, an unused non-personalized item may be returned at your expense within 30 days of arriving to your home, as long as it's in the original packaging. We just ask that you let us know so we can be on the lookout for it. Our return address is below...

Once the item is received and inspected we will process a refund of the original purchase price and any taxes that were paid. Shipping is not refundable. We always suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number.
We will always send you an email to notify you that we have received your package and to confirm processing of the return.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
A personalized item cannot be returned. In the event there is a problem, such as a misspelling, we ask that you immediately let us know, and if possible, provide a picture via email, so that we can get the issue resolved.
