We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out or meet your expectations. We've been there and completely understand.

NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS

An unused non-personalized item may be returned at your expense within 30 days of arriving to your home, as long as it's in the original packaging. We just ask that you let us know so we can be on the lookout for it. Our return address is below...

IF YOU HAVE A RETURN, PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE SENDING AND PROVIDE THE TRACKING NUMBER.

Once the item is received and inspected we will process a refund of the original purchase price and any taxes that were paid. Shipping is not refundable. We always suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number. 

We will always send you an email to notify you that we have received your package and to confirm processing of the return.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

A personalized item cannot be returned. In the event there is a problem, such as a misspelling, we ask that you immediately let us know, and if possible, provide a picture via email, so that we can get the issue resolved.
